Rockmount

Dolly models her new Rockmount "guitar" shirt. I implore any visitors to Denver to visit this historic store on Wazee Street and check out the western wear. The walls are thick with celebrity visitors who also wear Rockmount; rockers like Clapton and scores of film stars- pretty cool! Mix it up with some vintage Rockmount ads on the walls and you have the recipe for a very special place that sells darned cool clothes!

Friendship, Love and Truth

Friendship, love and truth, the three links in the chain of the Odd Fellows. Esoterica hovers just one story above the boutiques of Boulder, their goals: to help out the community. Similar imagery adorns our money, churches, synagogues and mosques, we humans are sure an interesting bunch, eh?

You figure it out....

A painting inside the historic Odd Fellows Hall, Boulder, Colorado. No one really knew the significance, it appears to be some mystical event in a mountain environment. I find it comforting that dialectic reason has not ruled out the possibility that somewhere in a mountain environment there is a ram, accompanied by an angel, treading across the landscape.

Summer's comin' on!

Awesome seats at a Rockies game, a warm spring night and some great company and you're set! The Rockies creamed those dastardly Diamondbacks from the ridiculous state of Arizona where, if you don't look "American" any cop on the street can ask you for your ID.... what a stupid law!
Anyhow, we showed them who does it right- 12 to 1: Go Rockies!

Quill and Grace exploring the virtues of Wiki Stix. The world in  eight inch pieces of wax sticks- we all should be so curious.

Old friends

Back in Boulder after six years, my old buddy Brian Peterson, (who I refer to as "Peter Brianson") and his wife Yasuko pay a quick visit. Brian left to live in Tokyo for a bit, ended up loving it and falling in love with the beautiful Miss Yasuko and decided to stay. I miss the old SOB tremendously but we had a great hour talking photography and remembering old times. What a great guy!!!
